Terms and conditions

Orders are shipped almost anywhere in Canada via Canada Post for a fixed amount of $10 and only by ground shipping. Expect your package to be shipped out within 24 hours after you placed your order.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you and you will be able to track your package by clicking on the link.

Once in the hands of Canada Post, Sport Sélect  has no liability for the package.

Shipping fees are non refundable unless the product you received is defect.

Products are sent in a bag that you can reuse for a return if necessary. Open the bag where indicated and you will have another sticking strip available to reseal it properly.

Sport Select accepts returns for products bought on sport-select.ca within 30 days of the delivery date. Sales at 50% discount or more are final, no returns. Women swimwear and all underwear sales are final, no returns.

Products bought in store cannot be returned online.

For an exchange of size or color, we invite you to place a new order. All returned products respecting our policies that we receive will be refunded, no exchange.

Returns will be accepted only if the following conditions are met: Product must be unused, unworn and all original tags must be on the product.

You can return products that were bought online at our store on Myrand avenue.

Once the products are received and verified, we will credit your card within 1 to 5 days. $10 shipping fees are not refundable unless the received product is defect.

If all conditions are not met, we keep the right to refuse any return.

Return freight charges are to be paid by the customer, unless the received product is defect.

No price adjustment will be  granted for products bought online.

If you choose our click and collect service, you will have 5 days to come pick up your order in store once it is confirmed. After that, your order will be canceled.

Our inventory is adjusted once a day and availability may be physically different than online. In a case where your order cannot be completed as wanted, you will be notified by email or phone. We will credit you directly for unavailable products.

We keep the right to limit the quantities of products on a reservation.

Given the fact that human mistakes are always possible when we enter data, we keep the right to cancel the sale of a product if the online price of that product is ridiculously low and unreasonable compared to it’s real value.

At all time, we keep the right to cancel or refuse any order or reservation made on sport-select.ca
